In 2014 Malcolm set up his own management consultancy business and was also appointed as Managing Director of Keystone Group, a recruitment technology business. He is also a co-founder of Mobiq Group, a specialist transport consultancy business operating across Europe. Malcolm first became a Freeman of The Worshipful Company of Hackney Carriage Drivers in 2005 and the following year he obtained the Freedom of the City of London and became a Liveryman. He soon joined the Court of Assistants and chaired the Membership Committee for a number of years before becoming a Warden and being installed as Master of the Company in September 2014. Following his tenure as Master, Malcolm then chaired the Public Relations Committee for a number of years. Malcolm also resides on the Recruitment Committee for the Company. Malcolm is a Member of the Institute of Directors and the Singapore UK Association and serves as a non-executive director for a number of start-up companies.
