In 2011 Malcolm was made Chief Operating Officer for CityFleet Networks, managing taxi and transport operations in London, Birmingham, Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Liverpool.
In 2014 Malcolm set up his own management consultancy business and was also appointed as Managing Director of Keystone Group, a recruitment technology business. He is also a co-founder of Mobiq Group, a specialist transport consultancy business operating across Europe.

He soon joined the Court of Assistants and chaired the Membership Committee for a number of years before becoming a Warden and being installed as Master of the Company in September 2014. Following his tenure as Master, Malcolm then chaired the Public Relations Committee for a number of years. Malcolm also resides on the Recruitment Committee for the Company.
